purchases View.com changed hands for $737,000 in 2018

In late 2018, the view.com domain name changed hands. Page F-39 of a recent SEC filing:

reveals the acquisition price (presumably for that domain) was $737,000. WHOIS history using
@DomainTools.com shows the ownership change, as does Archive.org.

View is merging with a SPAC, so that's how the transaction has come to light, see:

BTW, before acquiring the View.com domain name, they were using ViewGlass.com as their domain, but had already raised $650 million:

as of the middle of 2017. It looks like the seller of that domain name left quite a bit on the table.

The change of ownership had been reported back in 2018, albeit without the transaction price.
