I think it never happened. It looks like this domain name has had the same owner for a long time. I don't see Frank Schilling's name in the whois industry, unless I made a mistake when looking it up.

Sorry, I meant to write "whois history" and not "whois industry". Of course I know him and have meet him on occasions.
