I think NamePros should provide an option to verify a member's budget in the domain requests section, and put a verified sign somewhere. I suspect that some members claim to be well-funded so that we come running like chickens with DMs.

I hear you, but being verified is still no guarantee that they will part with their money.

I think the best way to approach that section is to respond to buyers who are established NP members with a track history of purchases.
