I am currently rather busy with my day job and do not really have time to maintain and promote CityPics. Because of that I am offering the potential sale to interested parties. I have invested a good amount of time and energy and therefore I am not looking for a quick or cheap sale.

The package includes

• the domain name, registered with Namecheap until 23rd April 2007
  (the sale comes with a free one year renewal however, hence until 2008)
• the custom developed web application (PHP based)
• the complete site design
• the custom vector logo (worth US$ 50)
• the entire database (based on MySQL)
• one month of free hosting
• two months of free support

Of course the content will be transferred as well, but as I am not the original author the rights on it will remain with the original authors.

The site currently does not have a control panel (administration has to be done via SQL and file system commands, this isn't difficult however). I will implement a basic administration interface however, should a sale of more than € 700 take place.

The buyer will receive the full rights on the script code, this includes resell rights.

CityPics wouldnt be the big money maker - at least for the start.

Revenue via AdSense is small and amounted to US$ 2,50 in February. Traffic is around 70 uniques a day.
