Think extension specific sections, for discussion or marketplace are a waste of time in this day and age.

Specially with 1000 new extensions about to emerge in 2013.

All sales listings should be in the three main sections (fixed price/make offer/auction), even having one for cctlds is a waste of time.

I hear you though. I guess NP will have to actually use Tags properly or something (or prefix searches work).

It always was a waste... before, still is, get even more redundant 2013+.

Was necessary earlier when people had anti-cctld blinkers and thus wanted the chaff gone and that was the majority, now I'd put it as an even balance between cctld / gtld investors.

There was a system that was implemented by RJ for the ccTLD section to search by prefix, don't know if that's still viable, but would make it just as easy... thus if you want to see only .us sales threads in make offer forum, just select the prefix from the drop down and those threads are all you'll see.

That works great and would also encourage more accuracy in headings of sale threads. I should post that in the "Suggestions" thread once everyone gets tired of talking about signatures and trademarks and calling people names.
