I used the hostingfroggy.com service for a little while.

The support really sucks.... I've waited more than 50 hours now for a reply to a simple support request. 55 hours now and still no response..

That is not a good service for a hosting company. I've now moved to a different hosting provider.

I used to run my own hosting company and if I took that long to reply to a support request I'd been out of business very quick.

How much I paid for hosting is irrelevant, the support was poor... the server performance etc was fine, but I need a support that is responsive.
