question TrumpPatriot.com deemed "offensive" at Sedo, cannot list. Ideas on where to list?

I have a domain name, TrumpPatriot.com. I'm not that interested in the name, but I want to list it. I can't at Afternic because they say it's a Trademark issue. Okay. So I listed it at Sedo, but just got an email that says the name is "got suspended from our services due to a potential violation of our policy regarding offensive domains."

Anyway, it is what it is, and I'm not going to create a big stink about it. However, I would like to list the name somewhere else. In the interest of time and not having to go through this with many registrars before successfully listing it, can I get a good recommendation for where to list without an issue?

Please, I hope no one hijacks this thread and turns it into either pro or con on Trump. It's a domain issue and a free speech issue.

Well, it seems like they replied specifically IMO "flagged for Donald Trump".

They do not state its an IP thing or a trademark issue. I know people near where I live with the last name Trump. They are completely unrelated to the former President and even have their license plate that says "Trump" for decades since I moved here in the early 90s.

Trump is also a dictionary word. One definition is "To trump is to outrank or defeat someone or something" So your domain could be construed as outrank patriot. But they wont see it that way with blinders on.

To me, they were quite clear as to why they dont want it on their system.

I received a reply today. It's a non-reply.

That is absurd, as absurd as telling me an 11 year old name (at the time in April 2020), listed on their platform for 11 years, with a history of offers on their plaform, was suddenly "insensitive" because it contained the word "pandemic" in it.

Plenty of other places to list it.

After asking for clarification again, Sedo said it's actually not for being offensive, but they are not letting names with either candidate in the name be listed.

I told them it would have saved a lot of time if they just would have given me the correct reason in the first place, rather than labeling it offensive.

Here's the answer:

As mentioned in our previous response, Sedo's domain marketplace consists of millions of domain names and it is not possible to review all of them at the same time. Once flagged for review by our system or mentioned in an official complaint, all domains go through the same review process and may be blocked accordingly.

It is very likely that you will still find Trump domains on our site that have not yet been blocked due to the impossibility of checking everything at the same time.

But just to be clear, we only block domain names that refer to Kamala Harris or Donald Trump, not every domain name that happens to contain Kamala, Donald, Harris or Trump. Therefore, you will always be able to find domain names on our site that may contain these strings.
