question Transferring Domain Between Registers

I was thinking of changing my domain records. Will domains be locked for 60 days after the change to the new registration? I've heard that missing registrations don't always lock them or anything like that.

I haven't confirmed but if you don't change the contact details, it should be OK if they are both your account.. There is some rule like that
