If I was a doc on Tokyo, I'd hear you out - to say the least.

Brisbane doctor looks good. While Tokyo has maybe 20 million people in town on a given day, most of them go to see oisha-sans (Japanese for doctor.) That said, there is a sizable number of expats in Tokyo that would look for a doctor using the English term. I would contact the Embassies and ask for a list of English speaking doctors who are seeking non-Japanese patients. You might get lucky. The yen is very strong right now.

According to Google adwords traffic estimate, the plural version gets slightly more clicks, but slightly lower click bids. Not a great deal of search activity, but I would think they are serious buyers.
