I did mention social distancing, and everything else you said is true. I follow all of it.
I believe the virus can go away on its own someday If we did everything your said. But that takes time and patience something most humans don't have unfortunately.

    https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2020/p0714-americans-to-wear-masks.html

CDC calls on Americans to wear masks to prevent COVID-19 spread

CDC reviewed the latest science and affirms that cloth face coverings are a critical tool in the fight against COVID-19 that could reduce the spread of the disease, particularly when used universally within communities. There is increasing evidence that cloth face coverings help prevent people who have COVID-19 from spreading the virus to others.

“We are not defenseless against COVID-19,” said CDC Director Dr. Robert R. Redfield. “Cloth face coverings are one of the most powerful weapons we have to slow and stop the spread of the virus – particularly when used universally within a community setting. All Americans have a responsibility to protect themselves, their families, and their communities.”

Looks like we are going in circles now,

The majority of the people here on this thread (about 80 percent) believe that wearing a mask combined with taking all the other precautions as already mentioned can help prevent the spread of the virus,

For the 20 percent or so who don't like to wear a mask it might not make a big difference in the big scheme of things as it is already proven from past pandemics that if 80 percent of the people follow the protocols and guidelines currently indicated by CDC and also get vaccinated (when it becomes available) that is still enough for us to be able to control the spread of the virus and perhaps bring the pandemic to an end.

Although if you have to be in close proximity of someone who is not wearing a mask you shouldn't be shy to ask them to keep at least 10 feet away from you.

    IMO

Hopeful people can learn a valuable lesson from this. The virus does not care about your beliefs.

The people who are against wearing a mask are not that naive (nor that stupid), they know very well how dangerous this pandemic is and that wearing a mask along with taking the other precautions can and does curtail the spread of the virus,

But there are certain things that are even more important to these people than saving people's lives and that's why that they blatantly are going against common sense and logic by defying the guidelines and protocols that are currently accepted and enforced by the majority of the medical professionals and the scientific community at large.

Well at first I was baffled by all this behavior, but then after analyzing it some more everything became clear to me.

This pandemic is like an earthquake that is rattling all the order and power structures that has kept the people content and obedient for centuries which is what the elites around the World want to preserve.

Because of the pandemic people have now become more concerned about their own safety and the quality of their lives and thus have started questioning a lot of the things that are effecting them adversely.

Whether it's racism, lack of adequate and timely healthcare, economical inequalities, or having to get by with a lot less while watching the elites living it up in luxury and excesses, all these are what the status quo wants to control by downplaying and ignoring the pandemic.

The elites don't care how many thousands or millions of people have to die in order to preserve the status quo.

No, these people are neither naive nor stupid, and neither are their paid operatives that are all over the social media (and perhaps this forum) who are trying to convince us that all is okay no matter how many people we hear about who are in the Hospitals or that have lost their lives because of this pandemic.

The truth is that people are being misled by the elites and their pundents about the seriousness of this pandemic in order to preserve the status quo and everything that goes with it that they have been enjoying at the cost of so much pain and hardship for everyone else.

    IMO

Neither did the people at Trump's Tulsa rally, and we saw how that turned out.

There was a direct correlation between that and a rise in cases right after in the area.

Most of your evidence seems to be far more anecdotal, than empirical. We have an undated picture, at an unknown location. That does not say much.

Europe in general has a far better handle on this virus than the US, obviously. It is likely to do with incompetent leadership and so many people unwilling to follow even the most basic safety protocols. Many people seem to equate the most minor inconveniences with oppression. Maybe Americans are just more selfish than other cultures.

That was theater, we are witnessing a very drawn out movie on the world stage.

After all - Trump is just an actor playing a PR role. He has no background as a politician until recently ;)

    Rising cases means little.

Many people have already naturally developed antibodies of protection.

    Survival rate is 99.99% +

Yeah, well of course the total number of cases matters. More people with a virus = more spread. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell you that.

    99.9%... Citation please.

    US has around 328M people.
    4.67M confirmed cases. 156K deaths.

    156,000 / 4.67M = 3.3%. That is the death rate.

    Your 99.99% is bullshit.

As far as I know a lot of the politicians have since changed their strategy and are now wearing masks,

It's some of the people on this thread who are being stubborn and don't want to accept what is common sense.

8 months into a worldwide pandemic and we are at <700k deaths. (Out of 8 billion people)
And the vast majority that are labeled covid deaths, which does not mean the cause of . . .

Many more people are "positive" than what the tests say. Also old news.

Coronaviruses are inside of us. Also basic biology of our microbiome.

It's old news that death stats mean little as most on the death count are being tagged with covid labels that do not mean covid caused the death. Pre-existing conditions and comorbidities caused the deaths.

The MSM is pure BS, I highly suggest turning to different sources - like to those around you in real life.

I know the MSM is pure BS first hand - in 1999 my classmates who I knew tried to blow up my high school, but fortunately did not and they killed 13 people rather than 500.

The MSM chased me around since the day after of that tragedy and after I did a few MSM interviews I kindly rejected the dozens of following requests.

How many people do you actually know that died from coronavirus in the last 8 months? < 3 I imagine, quite possibly 0. Does that fit a pandemic narrative?

    Happy Birthday Me!

Also, the deaths are starting to trend back up. It is exactly in line with a 4-5 week lag time that was predicted when the cases started rising towards the end of June.

More cases = more deaths. Bottom line.

Many many MDs and epidemiologists disagree.
    as does the data.
even with the inflated falsified death figures.

I imagine the MDs who know this are not being interviewed on the the mainstream programming,

That is a weird ass way of accounting. Any disease would have an unusually high survival rate if you divided it by every person, who doesn't even have it.

Guess what the survival rate would go way up for cancer, aids, etc.

Factoring in people that have not got a disease (yet) is a poor way of accounting, especially when the cases are still exploding in some places like the US.

If you have a positive test result in the US, you have a 3.3% chance of dying.
    Those are the stats.

Dude, explain the logic how less cases of the virus would mean less deaths. It seems like you are just a contrarian, no matter how ridiculous the position is to defend.

Are we talking about the Alien DNA, Witches and Demons doctor Trump promoted here?

Perhaps those are the stats you see on CNN, NBC, CBS & Fox News along with all of the fear mongering imagery.

Fear, pharma sales, mind control . . . That is their script and has been ever since Project Mockingbird started.

I am glad at least one state has it more under control.
Florida has set its daily death record (4) days in a row now.

It's not just the number of fatalities that should concern us,

The truth is those millions of people who have come down with Covid 19 may never fully recover and might have permanent and life long adverse effects even after they are declared to be over the virus.

The way this pandemic is being handled around the World by the elites who want to downplay its effects is really a crime against humanity.

    IMO
