TM in Canada, nowhere else - safe to buy?

I spotted a nice short .com, very brandable. It has some financial product with this name, i have checked and found this trademarked only in Canada. Is it safe to buy it? To park it, to sell to international / non-Canadian companies in this niche?

You can't answer that question because you don't know what Y is.

Trademark questions about specific circumstances tend to be "fact intensive". There are a lot of facts that could take the answer one way or another.
