I can’t speak for this round of Haitians in Del Rio … but the last group that was at Laredo Tx .. it was around 3,800 Haitians trying to enter from Mexico into Laredo Tx .. they came to Mexico on a cruise ship .. .. once turned down at the border .. they boarded that cruise ship and went back to Haiti …
