That's exactly 100% wrong. It's decolonization and integration that have occurred in the US. You have elderly white racists terrified of being governed by people of color. All those "tribes" are one voice. This is what happens when you make "We The People" a reality instead of dehumanizing them as merciless savages.
Nah... the opposite. America is more of a colonizer than maybe any nation in history at this point. Integration? Yes, that was occurring until the powers to be decided to reverse it all with racial identity being the foremost indicator of a person's value. As you said, "elderly, white racists." Racists judge a person by the color of their skin. Yet, since you bring it up, nobody cares what color the people are who govern them except the new Woke. "Accuse others of that which you are guilty of." It's a straw man - a diversion.

If the tribes were one voice, they would not be tribes. And who is being dehumanized as merciless savages? The working-class Trumpers? The "deplorables?" Because that's what I see on the major US news outlets.

There is nothing inclusive about what is going on now. Just the opposite.

Why does the Republican Party want to discontinue Medicare, Obamacare, and Social Security?

Why would someone wants to vote for the Republicans aka the trump?

Everybody suing today. Trump suing a bunch of media outlets. He only lost 31 million, not 73:

Trump Sues MSNBC, Reuters and 18 Other News Orgs, Claims They 'Coordinated' in Misreporting $73 Million Truth Social Losses

The lawsuit comes following reports this month that Truth had lost $73 million in 2023. That figure turned out to be incorrect; the company has actually lost $31 million.

nothing new to trumpie...he loves and loves to sue and if the cases are against him, he will appeal and reappeal....
he is going to use the DOJ as his personal attorneys and he will go after anybody that goes against him.
That what he is going to do if he is elected .....he will use the courts and the DOJ in his favor....

1st thing he is going to do is ask the DOJ to investigate the Biden and those state attorneys that give him shittt.

Gaza: UN expert demands unconditional humanitarian access and relief for people with disabilities [EN/AR]

Source: UN Human Rights Council
Originally published 20 Nov 2023

GENEVA (20 November 2023) -- A UN expert today reiterated growing calls for unconditional and unrestricted humanitarian aid access to the people with disabilities in the Gaza Strip.

The expert emphasised the importance of ensuring aid reaches all civilians and especially those with disabilities who may need assistive tools in addition to food, medicine, and other essential services such as water and sanitation, electricity and healthcare.

"This region has increasing disability rates among the population because of exposure to repeated armed conflicts in addition to the current bombardment of the Gaza strip, and all relief teams and international bodies must take this into account," said Heba Hagrass, who recently started work as the UN Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities.

"People with disabilities have difficulty accessing safe places, and the denial of vital services such as electricity, water, and food exposes people with disabilities to heightened risks including the risk of loss of life," Hagrass said.

The Special Rapporteur urged parties to the conflict to consider the situation of persons with disabilities when conducting hostilities, including warnings of attacks, especially as safe and accessible means of transportation and assistive tools are lacking to flee danger. "Relief workers and agencies engaged in humanitarian support to Gaza must also be provided with adequate resources to ensure that the needs of people with disabilities are taken into account in this context," the expert said.

"People with disabilities must not be "left behind" because their families and relief teams are unable to give them the necessary support," Hagrass added.

She warned that the way military operations are being conducted has catastrophic consequences for all civilians, including people with disabilities, violates the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities -Article 11-, and goes against Security Council Resolution No. 2475 (2019) on protecting persons with disabilities during armed conflicts.

"Nothing is more urgent than an immediate ceasefire and end to hostilities by all parties, to ensure the protection and safety of civilians, including people with disabilities," Hagrass said. The Special Rapporteur also underscored the need to ensure the unconditional release of all hostages and arbitrarily detained individuals, especially persons with disabilities.

ENDS

Ms. Heba Hagrass (Egypt) was appointed by the UN Human Rights Council as the Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities from 1 November 2023. A sociologist by training, she is an advocate, an international disability consultant, and a researcher on the rights of persons with disabilities with an extensive experience in Egypt, the Arab Region, and worldwide. She was notably a representative of women with disabilities that participated in the drafting of the Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In Egypt, Ms. Hagrass promoted the rights of persons with disabilities in legislative reforms as Member of Parliament between 2015 and 2020 and served as the Secretary General of the National Council for Disability Affairs. She is a founding member of the Arab Organization of Disabled People where she was active between 1998 and 2008, including as the head of its Women's Affairs Committee.

Special Rapporteurs are part of what is known as the Special Procedures of the Human Rights Council. Special Procedures, the largest body of independent experts in the UN Human Rights system, is the general name of the Council's independent fact-finding and monitoring mechanisms that address either specific country situations or thematic issues in all parts of the world. Special Procedures' experts work on a voluntary basis; they are not UN staff and do not receive a salary for their work. They are independent from any government or organization and serve in their capacity.

Trump has big plans for a second term. Critics say they pose a threat to democracy.

I feel like MSM goes way extreme on Trump, Trump is only capable of doing so much as President, not near what MSM portrays, no country would give a president the power to deconstruct like the MSM portrays Trump, Trump can not cross the line on the constitution, nor any other legal America documents. the penalty for doing so would be military removal from the presidential office and federal prosecution. I don't see happening what MSM writes , not even close.

why would Trump bend the constitution ???

Because he said he would. According to him, nobody knows the system better.

Democracy in America is sick these days, Trump's neofascist speech has become normalized.

Trump's neofascist speech has become normalized.

Trump's speech has gone from politically incorrect to extremist, and wealthy billionaires are in support (to protect their concentrated wealth).

Democracy is compatible with capitalism only if democracy is in the driver’s seat, so it can rein in capitalism’s excesses.

But if capitalism and its moneyed interests are in charge, those excesses inevitably grow to the point where they are able to extinguish democracy and ride roughshod over the common good.

That’s why Trump’s neofascism – and the complicity of today’s Republican party with it – are attracting the backing of some of the richest people in the US.

No, you can’t. The Green Party is no longer recognized as a minor party in many states. They fell off the maps after the 2010 district gerrymandering.

The GP got Jill Stein on the ballot twice, but she & her VP were arrested in 2012 and held for 8 hours trying to get on the Hofstra University campus for that presidential debate. She was escorted off the campus grounds again in 2016, but didn’t risk arrest because of the warrant out for her from Standing Rock. Both times she was on the ballot as GP presidential candidate and had credentials to be interviewed in the media pen.

Ralph Nader was barred entry from the UM Boston campus in 2000 for having an audience ticket for the presidential debate he was on the ballot for. He had credentials to be interviewed in the media pen too.

The Commission on Presidential Debates won’t let 3rd party candidates participate.

You looking at the wrong end of the dog. You’re looking solely for evidence of illegal behavior and lawlessness. There’s plenty of that - 91 felonies so far for Trump. Plus countless arrests and incarceration for his aides. But that’s not all.

Everything Hitler did was legal. Every Jew he gassed was permitted under the law at the time. Every disabled person that was executed was legal, even mandated. That’s what Trump is attempting to create. Schedule F was a doozy - removing all federal protections and making civil servants “at will“ employees - allowing Trump to purge his enemies from the civil service. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.

It’s way past time for Trump to be purged from everyone’s head.

Are you telling me one of the engines of China's growth was dependent on endless construction financed through unsustainable levels of debt?
