"The Redeem Team" Brings Back the Gold to the USA!

It was great to see all these superstars come together to bring the gold medal back to the USA.

Now I can't go to sleep! I'm too excited!

I tell you what, Spain gave us just about all we could handle. I've got to give them credit.

No offense to anyone, I am excited that USA one. BUT it is expected, we are talking about the BEST players we have to offer. I would assume that the team has a combined salary of $250mil plus. Take that against what Spain pays, a heck of a lot less, and if was not for their NBA players I would say less than $1mil, lol. So well put -db- give Spain some credit.

I wish USA still used college students for their team instead of multi millionaires, that would reward kids for staying in college and trying to finish their studies. Would also make it that much more special when US won gold in basketball.

spain did a much better job in the second game; they got pretty pwnt in the first one. usa does have the best basketball players and their talent level is ridiculous, but now that the international rules are becoming "better," they will surely continue to dominate.

Do that and USA team goes home in quarter finals. Nowadays there are 4 or 5 teams in the world able to beat a USA team like that. See what happened in the World Cup

Oh and I wish referees used FIBA rules instead of NBA ones (as they are supposed to by the way).

Congrats USA, the redeem team was fantastic to see. Carmelo Anthony is just too much scoring 3-pointers.
