Under the final law, all employers had to do to avoid sanctions was to make sure their workers had paperwork that "reasonably appears on its face to be genuine." If the documents were decent fakes, that wasn't the boss's problem. In fact, employers were actually penalized if they scrutinized a worker's nationality too aggressively.

If employers would/will have been sanctioned with huge fines for non compliance, even somebody in their neighborhood mowing grass, the current situation would never exist. Labor market is thriving far better under Trump than under Obama

While the unemployment rate declined to a 16-year low, the labor participation rate rose from 62.9 percent to 63.1 percent, exceeding 63 percent for the first time in 42 months. In other words, in September, a smaller percentage of people were unemployed while the workforce expanded because a larger percentage of people were working or actively looking for work. That is very positive economic news.

It cannot be cleaned up, so this latest mess just adds to the cynicism I have. 2000 pages that only Rand Paul will try and read it. Maggotville will continue. Losing confidence and enthusiasm. The debt will continue to ruin the country. I just verified that US Govt employees salary increases and overhead has increased 10% above inflation since 2004, of course they have done such a marvelous job to deserve it, whereas all of the economy of small businesses are being killed off by Corporations. Average swamp dwellers make $84,000. a year. Under Obama the debt doubled and over 25 new agencies were created since 2004 not sure how many were started since that shithead was elected.

US Fed can’t control the borders or legal visa airport entries who overstay which are more prevalent.

I am just about ready to shut off everything, and retire again away and not pay any attention as I did during 8 years of that socialist idiot.
