We need this one too guys :)

This guide will also help LLLL.com holders to understand more the value of their 4 letters .com based on how expensive the similar 3 letters .com are.

From:

http://3character.com/priceguide.html

Pricing Guide for 3-Letter (Composed Of Letters Only) Domains:

Current Observed Minimum Wholesale Price (regardless of letter combo) as of February 1, 2008:

3-Letter .com - $6700 (+ $300 since January 1, 2008 report)

But I consider their guide a bit old since they are not taking in consideration the emergenging countries that appreciate other letters and as we have run a poll here several times lately, the majority of people consider the letters U
and W to be Premium letters.

Let`s have a look at some recent LLL.com sales as reported from NameBio.com :

EZR.com - reported as sold for $22,000 dollars at Sedo. Surely a low sale for this letter quality. A recent owner is a domain investor so I find the price to be rather underwhelming.

Is this the lowest sale price of the year?

What seems to be the base price these days?

If you like to pick the pessimist angle. It's however not representative of the boiling ocean of inquiries, deals, and recognition of value, from bottom (most importantly) to top.

I agree, these sales are far from representative of the LLL .com genre's value.

Also, other digital asset prices seem to be in a slump - look at cryptos like BTC, they're also on their lower end, so i feel there might be some general bearish trend in digital assets atm.

I got someone offered to me for sale of kvq com on May 18 @ 17000 $ as a quick deal, so it is not authentic offer, right?

You can ask the seller to verify they're the owner of the domain.

thanks for immediate reply, he is an agent I doubt it is an authorized sale.
really do not understand what value can create by marketing an invalid domain.

It very well could have transferred in 5 days or so.
How did the seller approach you.
Twitter, some other forum?
7k is a nice flip for a weeks investment.

Due diligence, as @silentg mentioned get verification before going any farther.

Peace,
Kenny

the only thing that matters in cases like this, is to use an escrow service, period. if you do that, you wont have to worry about anything else.

He approached me thru Whatsup as shown in the screenshot. As I have been discussing about 785com 43com couple of days ago, then also I got to see the post in forum there is possible scam related to d.kian@yahoo com. Besides ,iw com also seems being bought by IndustryWeek already so unlikely authorized for sale in the market.

If he is trying to sell domain unavailable, not sure what’s the strategy behind. Escrow is also not 100% safe as in the warning forum post “Americans lost 42000usd in Escrow transaction”.
