It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

Then need to turn the criminal investigation and seizure of assets to investors who, together with the leadership of Epik, organized a criminal scheme to rob customers.

Justice might be slow, but I have faith it will eventually come.

It's just a shame in the meantime so many people got screwed over.

Anyone at Epik who was involved, in any way, with defrauding customers should be held accountable.
This includes executives, shareholders, and other insiders from the top down.

It might include people or organizations that bought assets as well, especially if they went to insiders or connected parties...where it was not an arm's length transaction.

Well, we know the income generated from operations and selling off assets is not being used to pay the customers back.

So then, where is it going?

Epik is taking in real money while sticking customers with worthless Masterbucks.

Could Epik be siphoning off money to investors, executives, and shareholders on the backs of the customers? That is quite plausible.

In fact, it is probably the best explanation as to why none of this income is going to pay customers back.

Brad
Yes, of course it is, and to develop mastercucks to be the next paypal. Keeping right side up with investors is only way to keep Epik from being shut down and Royce losing his 15% and being unemployed again. Also, Royce is probably working on percentage of loot he delivers back to his handlers.

Here is the article proving dev of masterbucks. https://providencepost.com/epiks-mini-monster/

I was just asking myself the same thing. Considering the timeline of events, the Idiotic things he (BR) has been posting on SM, I wouldn't be surprised if they met at Gab.

Maybe he was introduced by the other Rob. BR seems like the kinda of guy the other Rob would hang out with.
Here is thee article we just published on Gab and Andrew Torba. Birds of a feather... https://providencepost.com/torba-grift-of-gab/

Actually there's no competitor to PayPal on the Internet .
There are many paypal competitors. Paypal was started by garbage people ("paypal mafia") and there is room for replacements but no one at Epik has brains or character to do it, at least not one meant to be a "free speech" alternative. Monster, Royce, etc would gladly sell out any customer or do anything for a buck. If they build it is only meant to be honeytrap and keep real ones from getting traction. The enemies of free speech throw millions at bad people and fake projects to subvert and dilute.

Perhaps both the Monster and his victims can be treated for depression here.
That one is far too long of a trip for him. Maybe one of these would be an easier commute.

I Hear Mexico and Thailand both have some great facilities. I'm planning a trip to Thailand soon. Does anyone want me to bring anything back for them?

Additionally, you can also file a complaint with IC3 (FBI) -

https://www.ic3.gov/Home/ComplaintChoice

There are many other types of cyber crime that impact both businesses and consumers, including cryptocurrency investment schemes, identity theft, non-payment or non-delivery of merchandise ordered online, credit card fraud, computer intrusions, corporate data breaches, and denial of service website attacks.

For instance in the @Kathleen Kalaf case Epik took $100K in payment and turned it into $91K in magic beans (Masterbucks).

I would expect the FBI to be interested in a situation involving interstate commerce, electronic payments, commingled escrow funds, and an internal currency.

The problem is the wheels of justice can be slow. In the meantime more people are getting screwed over.

IC3 by the numbers

  • $10.3 billion - Victim losses in 2022
  • 2,175+ - Average complaints received daily
  • 651,000+ - Average complaints received per year (over the last five years)
  • Over 7.3 million - Complaints reported since inception

@Kathleen Kalaf where did you land with the FBI? I've contacted the Attorney General for WA, and they (Epik domains) replied to the Attorney General's office saying I canceled the request for payment (which was only partly true, I changed the withdrawal method to mitigate it, but that did nothing). They basically pulled the wool over their eyes, by using a cropped screenshot of my "cancellation" saying I'm welcome to resubmit it!

Unbelievable, the thing I don't get is someone is sitting there lying through their teeth, they have someone answering these types of things - wonder who that is. I only see 4 employees on LinkedIn for Epik.com

Anyway, I resubmitted another complaint with my screenshot which shows the full change.

In their screenshot I can see "Admin notes" and IP address. They now have 7 days to reply. Royce/Monster if you are reading this give me my money. I won't go away.

I've also set up a Google Map Listing but I noticed this one: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Epik+Holdings,+Inc/@47.5934841,-122.1045804,13z/data=!4m10!1m2!2m1!1sepik+domains+address!3m6!1s0x54906fd3835756e9:0x4d5a529ef727b434!8m2!3d47.574903!4d-122.02785!15sChRlcGlrIGRvbWFpbnMgYWRkcmVzcyICSAFaDiIMZXBpayBkb21haW5zkgEMZ3luZWNvbG9naXN0mgEkQ2hkRFNVaE5NRzluUzBWSlEwRm5TVU10ZGpWTU1qUkJSUkFC4AEA!16s/g/11hy9pjskm

Is this where the dude lives? That royce clown lives in Texas no? Basically, where are all these fools residing?

I would love more information on this, if possible.

If this is an insider or Epik connected party it would likely be blatant insider trading.

There could be some deal in place that would prioritize this debt over others.

Looking at the business registrations in Washington, Rob Monster is still the only listed governor for "Epik Holdings Inc".

However, there was a recent filing (3/7/2023) that updated the governors on "Epik Inc".

Does anyone know who "Liza Jensen" ([email protected]) is?

Lying to the AG or FBI sounds like a really dumb idea. Why am I not surprised though?

No. Epik purchased for $400K on a payment plan. Epik made 3 payments but ran dry before 4th payment so both parties agreed to part ways, owner of kobalt got company back and got to keep the $300K. Genius level M&A deals like that is what made Epik an Epik fail.

I am curious to know how Mr. Brian was recieved at ICANN meeting. Epik is giving the industry a bad rap, so I cannot think it went well for him.

https://www.namepros.com/threads/how-does-epik-forever-registration-work-exactly.1135382/
Anyone know if they are still doing that or if it didn't work out very well kind of like masterbucks?
I imagine they're still offering it as they're trying everything they can to get money out of people. But there's no way on God's green earth I'd recommend anyway buy a forever registration as it relies on Epik continuing to renew it. This is something they seem to have a great deal of trouble doing on a consistent basis for any domain at the moment, let alone for forever registrations. Not to mention the fact that there is every chance they are going to go belly-up very soon, in which case your money will be gone and there will be no Epik left to keep doing the renewals.

Yes, it was bad enough to trust Epik in the past when it came to this forever nonsense.

Now, it would be absolute insanity to trust a broke company who has screwed so many customers with any promise.

Epik already got paid. There is no incentive to pay for these going forward.

Thanks. That sounds a bit like reporting a completed LTO domain sale on NamePros, while not all installments have been paid yet. In the case of Epik Holdings, the press release mentions a completed acquisition, but if I understand you correctly, Mr Monster lied about this.

I have a feeling the same could be said about other "acquisitions" as well.

In many situations it was not clear was was even being acquired and on what terms.
There were probably a lot of similar deals that were reported in a misleading manner.

Fake purchases like Kobalt Media could be a way for the Monster to steal Epik's money.
Monster agrees to buy in installments, withdraws the money, then stops payments, and they share the withdrawn money.

How did this Brian Royce become the CEO anyway, where did he come from, and what is his background? He mentioned fiduciary duties, but he's so far broken all of them.

How much debt does Epik have as a company. I mean can those debts be separated from private debts, and other connections of its owners, ceos. If it is a publicly traded company, how can you check who owns how many shares, and share price (I know nothing about stockmarket). I mean, Epik could do well , as soon as it starts working, and make profit, so maybe someone should buy it as it is (maybe for "free", because of its debt), and pay everyone's money, and make domain registration possible, make chats work again. Or is it not possible to separate Epik from 20M debt everyone is talking about... A while ago Epik was working perfectly, but some people hated and attacked Epik. Did they have an agenda. Maybe Epik was invited to becoming evil, or was forced to show their true face (with crypto crash).
