It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

Rob has the money, he's gotten $16,000,000 from investors and at least a couple more million from escrow funds but I think he might have reached a point where he feels like he has gotten enough between these escrow funds and investor deals gone bad, etc to live a nice life and walk away from Epik, maybe run away back to his homeland and let investors take the company as payment.

Anyone and everyone who is out money, you need to file lawsuits and complaints everywhere.

Yeah, well lawsuits take many years and never end with person owed getting fully restored. If Monster bails with investor money and escrow funds investment company will take over ownership and Monster will have millions to use to defend himself with. I wish we could get a copy of the agreement between Monster and the investment company. It is probably something like if he doesn't do XYZ their stake increases and they take control and become responsible for company. They will either have to pay out debts (including incomplete escrow transfers) or fold up company. Rob is probably thinking, Okay 16,000,000 + couple million in escrow funds = ~$18,000,000 pretty good buyout for a company that is worth less than a million.

Only chance is for someone to file criminal charges for fraud or get some law enforcement to investigate or find some way to pressure him personally to do the right thing. I'm gonna do what I can this week to put pressure on him so you all get paid.

i believe there are serious consequences and penalties for late filing and it can be an indicator of serious problems. You can instantly buy the most recent annual report there for €2.50.

Epik have still not filed the long overdue required annual report for their crypto acquisition Amplifyx registered as a company in ireland.

As per the link/info above on late filings, this could lead to Irish Companies House forcing shutdown of Amplifyx, not sure what that would do to any crypto assets or debts they have;

What? there is NOTHING to buy. Anyone can go and start up their own registrar for a couple hundred thousand dollars. Why would anyone buy Epik? They have no assets. Their software is white labeled or crap, companies they have bought are mostly all jokes to make themselves look important. eg Sybil was 3 teens in England running a couple rented servers for lolicon and gab moved there after they got booted for porn peddling. Total REVENUES for Sybil was less than $3K/month USD. The probably gave them each $5K or something. It is all smoke and mirrors. There are no assets backing your escrow money. File lawsuits and complaints, asap

This is all just still speculation, but with many red flags, nobody knows if Rob ran away with the money, if he did, he cannot hide, he will be found. I believe his home country if I'm correct is in The Netherlands, the Dutch Kingdom, they really do not play around there at all, he will be prosecuted if this is the case.

What we do know for certain is that the funds were frozen without notification, and afterwards a very high fee installed to withdraw the funds which did not exist beforehand nor did customers agree to this, which is a sort of scam/fraud in itself. They also gave lots of false promises that the money will be withdrawn soon, but funds are still in "pending" mode etc. They could have liquidation problems as seen by the company that sued Epik etc., it could be so many more things, we just don't know for sure.

But something is definitely fishy and action needs to be taken, Rob will not get away with this. Funny how Rob who used to be on NP all the time spamming, preaching, is no longer to be found when he needs to speak the most, he hasn't even logged into NP and was Last seen on Sep 28, 2022.
