It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

I would expect from a good Christian like Rob Monster who helps orphans etc. would help you too get your money back fast, especially in your current situation.

I am an atheist and not very poor by our local criteria, but I still feel sorry for the money.

People here asked why I kept so much money in Masterbucks. We have martial law in our country, banking operations are limited, Kharkiv is constantly bombed, and many banks have fled. Near the bank where I work, there were shooting battles with the Russians, and customer service had certain inconveniences.

Be reassured that you do not have to justify yourself.

Also, understand that when folks here are discussing issues of possible tax or money laundering investigations, they are alluding to general reasons a corporation may have their monetary disbursements frozen.

The bottom line is that you have money there, as did many, and now you are being prevented from withdrawing the funds.

It appears that Paypal functions separately from Masterbucks. The issue doesn't appear to be specific to individuals trying to transfer from Masterbucks to PayPal, but I'll let them speak for themselves.

Could be that Epik is now forced to do a KYC.
