From the Mr. Lee case.
There's a bunch of other newly released documents (mostly private emails) that I doubt I can share, so if you want you can go look for them.
It is so weird how Rob Monster's mind works. He created a ponzi scheme that was at least $5M upside down, Stole hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, worth of domains from his customers, lied about his products and services putting the privacy and security and lives of thousands of human rights activists at risk, defrauded a fellow Christian, free speech group out of around $16M and somehow this nutjob still thinks he is the victim. Epik was worth less than nothing, they didn't even own their own website, it was leased, and he/Epik was at least $5M in debt. His whole schtick is, I rightfully stole and defrauded everyone out of that money and I should get to keep it. Fascinating.
What Monster is trying to do with this filing is claim that he was the victim of what's called a bust out (see video at end), but the problem for him is that I have statements from him claiming to have "taken all I need to out of Epik" in the midst of the alleged bust out. If alleged "bust out" operations were to keep lights on and not personal profit then not gonna look very good for the guy who was looting for personal profit.
Royce certainly did some super sketchy stuff while CEO of Epik but I do believe his goal was to keep Epik running until he could sell it, not because he cared about Epik or "freeze peach" or anyone else but because he was handed a pretty large percentage of Epik at the start of his CEO reign. I remember early on I did a very long phone call with him, he seemed like a nice guy and was pretty open about things but at the end of the call he expressed how much he wanted to keep Epik alive and wanted my support, I was like....Umm
LOL. Epik should have been shut down and put into bankruptcy and liquidated as soon as Monster's many frauds and ponzi scheme were discovered.
STFU Rob and pay everyone back you psychotic lying POS. Your stolen crypto assets tripled in price since you stole them.
