It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
My registrations paid for with masterbucks did eventually process.

If you cancel a pending masterbucks withdraw, will that send you to the back of the line of any payout queue? Or is the payout queue bullshit anyways?
Yes, the queue doesn't matter.

I checked that Epik link above. Refund has apparently been actioned back to original payment cc minus a 3.5% ‘convenience fee’ - taken around 3 weeks to get the refund, so a lot better than for some others here. Though I don’t see it at Barclaycard yet, no doubt it will show up tomorrow. Thanks for your help all.

Incidentally I ended up in a dropcatch.com auction for the domain and had to fork out around 4k, hence rather keen to get the Epik refund back to credit card which has taken an absolute hammering of late.

I talked to someone today who has a few thousand dollars in Masterbucks balance.
Epik was not even the subject, it just came up in conversation.

This was a previously unknown debt.

Also, there are a certain percent of people who hold Masterbucks balances and are likely not aware of any of these issues and have therefore not even made withdrawal requests.

It just makes me wonder how deep this problem really goes.

The customer debt is certainly way more than the $800K that Brian Royce stated. That number is laughable when you just compare it to the known debts.

It has been more than a year since the Epik "hacks" and hardly a word about the revamping of the software that powers Epik. That is their core business and upon which their whole reputation and user security is based. They had plenty of money so why did they not rebuild this most terrible software and instead focus on acquiring new businesses and continue to seek more money at even higher valuations?

BECAUSE EPIK IS A PUMP AND DUMP!

I might get in early and book a few drop catching slots for the domain name Epik.com, gotta be worth a couple of dollars?. Good for say a garbage recycling company maybe? Incidentally, still not received that refund that they apparently sent me yesterday or whenever it was.

I find it kind of creepy that Monster keeps hiring lawyers named Derek.

It is clear at this point that Epik is still not taking responsibility for their actions that lead to this mess.
They continue to take more "escrow" business when they are not able to pay out existing customer debts.

I will keep responding to these, until every customer debt is paid.
I don't want to see any more suckers be made.

Can commingling funds and refusing to pay customers escrow funds result in a business getting kicked offline and deplatformed? ... asking for a friend.
Well, commingling funds, especially escrow funds, is a textbook example of corporate abuse.

It can result in a lot of negative things when it comes to regulations, licensing, law, piercing the corporate veil, etc.

It doesn't seem like at this point they are even using these new funds to pay out existing customer debts. If that was the case there would have been far more reports of recent payouts. There are hardly any, if any, reports of recent payouts.

For instance in the case of the $100K @Kathleen Kalaf sale, where did that money actually go? Epik got paid by the buyer, Kathleen got stuck with $91K in Masterbucks that can't be withdrawn.

Royce is too dumb to be the CEO of ANY company. You don't shit on any segment of your customers. Especially, if they still make you some profit.

Plus, how can he think that an entrepreneur or business who cares about their brands would associate with Epik.

Epik is a toxic brand. The only brands that'll openly associate with them are other toxic and shitty brands.

There are claims that one of their "core customers" once shared child pornography on its website.

That is twisted!

No brand associates with Epik unless the brand itself is a horribly tarnished one.

Royce is just deluded and dumb.
And he needs to pay up!

He almost seems like a plant. I mean could anyone really do a better job at taking down a company from the inside if they tried?

More like stooge or fall guy. I think they are both conning each other, Rob wants someone else to blame and Royce is trying to keep the checks coming for as long as possible.

This may be prep for loss of ICANN accreditation announcement but in either case its a ridiculous and dishonest cope. The $4M they stole from DOMAINERS is the only reason they have electricity and an internet connection.

And this free speech defender stuff is just dumb, they tried to extort dailystormer for thousands, begged bitchute (ray the fed) to move domains as part of possible acquisition and infowars uses cloudflare, as does gab, and alex could afford to make his own registrar for what he spends in booze, drugs and hookers in a month.

My mother died at the age of 98, a participant in the Second World War, we never told her that we had a terrible war going on again for almost a year.

I am sorry for your loss. It was kind of those around her not to cause stress re war.

Brian needs to use English Grammar Check before posting anything.
May be Rob picked him because he did not go to school and pays him cheap?
