I think my sports jinx works in other areas as well. I posted no more 90's in Florida, then had more 90's. Then I posted, I think the hurricanes are done with. Then had another that went to the left of us and hit Louisiana. Now another one, Eta, that was a Cat 4 hurricane when it hit Nicaragua, down to a Tropical Depression, was headed in this direction earlier now look. Looks like it's going to bounce right off of the Southern tip of Florida and headed right back to Louisiana again. Look at that curve.

Posts here are funny. I don't have a meme.
1. Went to a local fast food burger joint to the drive thru.
2. My routine these days is put on my mask. Get my card or Money ready and my hand sanitizer or alcohol spray ready.
3. Order my food. This time I paid cash. I usually go to the bank and take out plenty of money. Count it and then stick in in a zip lock bag. Then take it home boil some water and stick the cash in the hot water. now I have clean money. I do it for myself but also as a courtesy for the workers of these fast food joints or any other place pay cash at. hardly anyone does this. Why do I do this? because CASH IS THE BEST MEDIUM FOR TRANSFERRING A VIRUS THAT can be passed the things we touch. Plus this virus stays for 3-5 days. You pass around $1 bill around on any given day and you lose track who has touched it. If we were talking about door handles at the mall we'd be wiping it down every couple minutes yea? but for some reason paper or coin money is clean? lol
4. So I pay for my food with my clean cash. and of course I get back dirty money. I've got a separate ziplock bag for just that. dirty money. So put the dirty money in there. and then hand sanitize.
5. Then I get my food. and I'm on my way.

Let's see if you picked up on what point in this transaction with all my precautions did I leave myself open to getting Covid?.............................

YUP! The guy who gave me my money although HE WORE gloves while handling my money to protect himself. This was the same person who in thee end handed me my food! The same guy whose gloved hands gave me my change back which I'll assume came from the car or cars before me. I did not see him hand sanitize after giving me my change. nor take off the gloves at least. I would not expect him to. Too much hassle and expense after each transaction.

How stupid is it. To put on gloves to make people "safe" or yourself safe? when you handle both Food and money?

I mean in the bathrooms of these places it clearly says on there "Employees Must Wash Hands".

Bottomline? Food handlers should not be Money handlers also. It's just common sense.

There needs to be a designated money handler or cash handler along with someone separate cooking the food and someone else packing it up and handing it to the customer.

In a pinch, the cook can cook and also pack the order and hand it to the customer.

Did I eat my food? Yea. I've been eating it all this time. I see this "hole" in the "safety" precautions of fast food and any food related business. I even saw a food truck run by one man handling money with gloves and not switching gloves but using the same gloves to cook my food.

No wonder many people who get Covid have no clue how they got it.

This should be a meme of show how stupid this is.
