^ two up, second that
in the words of Frozen.. let it go..let it go
But it's a great name, I understand the twinge of regret. A name like that, who knows what it could fetch at right time right buyer etc..
Yeah, we'll see. Offer, accepted, but have to see on the most important part, payment. I have a feeling it won't but I guess either way will be fine. Get a halfway decent sale or still own the name. I kind of hate it's thru Sedo with the 15%. I used to direct offers there but now I do direct/Escrow. It did get me reading about Israel and Cannabis, this part:
"Licensed growers are expected to begin exporting medical cannabis products in mid- 2019."
That's just a few months away. Everything is flowing in the right direction with that type of stuff.
Started Season 2 of Westworld
Their commissions are crazy. Had sold one via their "MLS partner" according to them, so they charged me 20%.. pissed me off, I mean that's $200 for every $1000.. insane.
Sometimes you have to price accordionly.
Or celloingly, or French horningly.
You get the picture... ly
Good chance, Grandma was a 60's hippie
Gonna be a real humdinger of a week, starting like..now. Area getting pelted by high winds, lots of snow and freezing rain. Have had my flag flying a top the house for 15+ years, never an issue except to change the flag every 5 years or so for wear and tear. Last week, was dragged down so heavy with ice it snapped the pole right off its bracket. Crashed onto the roof, slid down and landed on walkway, a nice, solid chunk o' flag so it was.
This means war.. HotKey flag vs. Canadian Winter.. (and damn thing way heavier than looks)
For those of you living on the islands and have never seen anything colder than a fashion model on a runway wrapped in a fur coat, from last week's ice storm here at the house:
grass encased in ice
Things were frozen. Things were cold.
Or a 50's beatnik
Props for flag respect.
Would a "flower child" be a better word?
Never blame the flag, blame the pole....
Surprises me at times that people are so out of it that they really can't believe in the middle of winter it gets cold, snows, ices, stuff like that.
Just once...would love to see one heck of a cold front hit the entire west coast.
From Seattle to San Diego...heck, all the way down Baja California...
Below zero temps, lots of snow and lots of ice...and freaking 60MPH winds.
For about two weeks....
And let it work itself inland.
And stop at the Rocky Mountains.
Snow falls in Hawaii a few times a year in winter on the state’s highest peak, Mauna Kea rising 13,803 elevation in feet, but the white stuff is rarely seen at elevations below 9,000 feet to 10,000 feet.
On Sunday, Maui’s 10,ooo-foot Haleakala received a thick dusting and snow also accumulated at 6,200 feet in Polipoli State Recreation Area.
Time for an Aussie post....also included are the Irish.
An Australian was in Ireland.
On his way to Belfast, he stopped at a bar and asked one of the locals, "What's the quickest way to Belfast?"
The Irishmen asked, "Are you walking or driving?"
The Australian replied, "I'm driving!"
The Irishman said, "Aye, that'd be the quickest way!"
Even nature has snowplows....
The only time I see ice around here is when I get some ice cubes from the freezer...
Today's temperature in Madeira Island: 20ºC = 68ºF. Tomorrow will be a wee bit warmer! Sorry!
North Coast - Madeira Island
HotKey... much younger than what I imagined! Very cool flag!
Yesterday for lunch was us going to the Vietnam Cafe not far from here.
For our usual PHO....
except this time, I did not go for the PHO, but instead for the bun bo hue (that is a spicy noodle soup).
And yes, it was freaking spicy!
Damn good but still, will not have it again!
1935 Studebaker Commander Eight...
1953 Cadillac Elegante concept...
(VINTAGE) 1909 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost...
/\ Ghost is awesome.
I had a relative that had a big enough farm to afford a car pre-1909. Was more like ttoday's owning a jet plane
This is fun to guess the motors lol
Men who wished to use the station loo at Bahnhof Zoo in late Nov 1943 had to go elsewhere: after the 23/24.11 air-raid destroyed Berlin Zoo, killing many animals as a result, the then still heated loo was used to keep 2 baby pygmy hippos.
Otto Frank (father of Anne Frank) during the First Word War in 1917. He fought for Germany. Of the eight people who hid in the Annex, only Otto Frank survived the arrest and genocide.
