Actually I have done that myself a couple of times, regged the wrong one, sheer laziness..

Hehe. I guess I could be considered the king of that... Made myself a list of names to reg before dotmobi came out... When they announced they were reserving 5k names, I quit right then and there. Didn't even bother looking at what was reserved. Laziness is co$tly sometimes :hehe:

Sometimes what I THINK would be the right one isn't. It's weird to find out sometimes what people actually search for online. I know they search a heck of a lot for sex, that's for sure. No surprise, I guess.

.mobi may die or may takeoff. Personally I give it 50/50 or worse right now. But if it takes off the money will be made by those who get the good names now.

I read recently there have been 400,000+ regs. But most of those are either .coms protecting their name or simply speculators. There will need to be a lot of development and content before anything big happens.

After taking a day off from DotMobi regging considerations and NamePros (April 21 is my birthday)..

I am back and had to look into regging, again. I was able to acquire RSSVideos.mobi! And VideoRSS and RSSVideo.mobi earlier..

This is a great two - both, keywords and techie combination..

RSS plus my favorite DotMobi keyword of video..

My hope for all here for this special gift season for me is to look into "Video".mobi like it is an unprecedented human experience phenomenon on the mobile phone.. so there is alot still available that people are overlooking.. for example, I picked up MathVideo.mobi (look closely, some may laugh some may smirk)

It's all about the RETURN VISITORS with the entertaining human experience..
so consider grabbing a "video" dot mobi? Be the King of that Lake for that genre..

I about freaked out when I saw MIEN as I know I have seached that for the German language. Mien is not mine in German...correct spelling is MEIN. Potential (maybe/maybe not) a good typo but not sure the value of typos in the mobi arena yet. From an English word perspective, all I can say is...huh?

Gills is very good as a developed site! Not all words are applicable to mobi simply because they are dictionary words. This is superbly suited to listing state requirements for fishing license, public piers and docks, charter fishing, and bait and tackle shops. Very brandable but only as a developed site.

Fish may be a reserved premium. I am not sure but there is no fish.mobi active. So get this out there as a developed site and corner the market with a very brandable word.

Google Del Rey. Marina Del Rey in California is so booming.

Develop as a site called DelRey.mobi for all the yachtsmen and boating companies as well as charter boats, sales, cruises, and include nautical charting for GPS.

From now on, any domain that I think is a gem and I think you are abusing it, you must surrender the domain name to me :lala:.
