Description: TemplateJar is a project I started a couple months ago and recently completed. It's a novel turn-key template store with a unique inventory of PSD and HTML-coded designs. The idea driving the project is to purchase large quantities of unique, premium-quality templates from freelance designers and post them all for sale at relatively inexpensive prices.

TJ currently has 17 templates online. Fifteen of those are in PSD format, as opposed to HTML-coded. I bought these templates from several different freelance designers. To the best of my knowledge, all of the templates are unique. I spent hundreds of dollars on these templates. The actual store runs on CubeCart, and it's ready to accept PayPal orders. The zip files are stored in a non-web-accessible directory, and buyers are sent a download link after completing the payment.

Template Jar is not only a niche project but a concept you can carry further. It's a novel method to buy and sell freelancers' design work. No purchases have been made. I expected this, as the site only receives a few unique visitors per day. I never got around to launching a promotional campaign. The new owner should at least post the templates for sale at various forums and such.
