been requesting they approve a transfer out for several days now, got on chat 2 times. then they opened a ticket and just like talking to a brick wall. stay away from these incapable idiots at all costs. They still do not understand what transfer out is and my request for them to approve it so I don't have to wait 5 days. It seems they just do not understand. talk about frustrating! Now I just gave up and will have to wait for it to finish after 5 days. Glad its the only domain I have with them, would never use them even if I was paid to, totally USELESS.
