Is there any tool to create CSS/ Tableless code for any jpg or psd

mmm...I remember that I've seen one tool, but I can't remember its name now. Well my suggestion for you is you still need some basic background of XHTML, CSS, and PSD Slicing even you have the tool.

Describe what you mean by "tool"?

Do you mean something that will take what you've designed and convert it for you? Unfortunately coding is a bit more involved than that.

You can try Adobe Dreamworks, Photoshop, and Fireworks as a good start. If you're on a Mac, there is a great development program called "Coda."

I generally design in photoshop, crop and export the pieces I need, and then code the website by hand.

Fireworks has this amazing tool that you can use called "SmartCSS". It'll automatically transform your PNG into CSS including expandable columns, etc. The only problem with it is that you have to create the entire layout on Fireworks.
