Instead of sending his lawyers to sue the owner to have the website taken down for infringing on his name, T-Pain decided to make an executive decision.

T-Pain bought an explicit domain name calling him out and turned it into a new clothing line.

An unknown person bought the domain name Fu*kTpain.com to annoy the world-famous rapper, who also hosts the hit TV show "T-Pain's School of Business" on Fuse.

Doesnt it encourage bad faith cybersquatting?

Why pay obscene troll infringers, one penny?

I think - regardless of what he paid the person who registered the domain - it is 1 -NIL to him as instead of wasting more money on legal fees and such things, he shut it as it is supposed to be shut. What is even more interesting is that he made it a business:)

It isn't that uncommon easier to buy than to sue someone perhaps in another country.
