Shwetha is probably the only one.. who ... as a single individual has bought such great exposure and value to an extension. AFAIK xyz registry itself failed to do it for a couple of years. The renewal costs for inventory she holds must be colossal but it seems like she will mostly be in the green ...reaping the benefits for a long time. Her perseverance is really inspiring.

That might be a good reason. But for a portfolio of her size (20k plus), economic downturn is only going to reflect in volume of sales and prices, not halt sales completely.
