I don't think there is much value in Swedish domains if they are not in .se.
Same applies to other European languages, especially those that are spoken in one country only.
Then there is a strong bond between the language and the ccTLD, and .com is less relevant due to its global scope.
For international languages like English, French or Spanish for example, it's different.
