.mobi Success in selling .mobi to larger corporation? Tips?

I just have a handful of mobi regs half of which I want to develop myself and brand. The other half I'm finding I don't have time for. I'd like to offer existing larger .com companies an opportunity to purchase.

Has anyone had any success with this? Tips?

Contact the .com through whois. Email the administrative contact and let them know what you are up to. The worst that can happen is that they are not interested.
I have already done this and to my surprise they bought the name. That shows good for .mobi in my eyes.

It was beachbody.mobi. The name is a TM so it may be a little bit different. They paid about 20 times the reg. fee which they didnt have to do. I thought it was a great name and was surprised to see such a generic term TMed.
To me it was good that they had interest in the .mobi ext.
