advice SquadHelp still not paying after domain push 8 days ago

Sold a domain on SquadHelp on June 10
After 5 days, they finally ask me to transfer domain to their account.
Pushed the domain in their account on June 15th (same day as request)
Now it's been over a week... no response.
Chat says keep waiting, whereas the admin panel shows "Auth Code has been sent to Buyer 8 days ago"
Is this site this slow/painful in paying? Are others facing these issues with SquadHelp too?

Edit: did i not get the memo where the industry changed the standard that payment is done rightaway after domain push?

10 day is there max. Relax. It will come. I personally say delete thread. They are super easy to communicate with.
