discuss Spam Score vs Domain Name Quality

I need your help to know something please .

Is there any relationship between spam score and the domain name quality ??

Let me say something .

For example i saw 2 domain names .

The First one has :
300 BackLink
40 Refering Domains
4 Drops From 2005
%78 Spam Score !

The Second one has :
7 BackLinks
7 Refering Domains
3 Drops From 2015
%54 Spam Score !

Does the Spam Score is dangerous on the Two examples ??

and How can we reduce the spam score ??

Spam Score will decrease after you build a site with a few dozen of posts.
Costa RicaTravelGuide /com - I got it 1,5 months ago with a 62% spam score, today it is 1%.
All I did was create a website and upload 70 posts.
