I believe the buyer's gotten a great deal with kute.com. Normally, I wouldn't sell this for low 5-figs, but sold it for the need of fund.

and that is...

the amount you purchased those names for years ago, ($2k and $7K respectively) is much higher than majority of those here, are willing to offer now.
