TLDR: Found a domain name and registered it (some may call it squatting but it wasn't). Got reached out by the interested party. Got some industry professionals involved. Closed the deal in five figures.

Some may remember my previous post which disappointed a lot of people of ethic practices. But I am glad the post did reach the right professionals in the industry who contacted me directly and assisted with the transaction, both in legal terms and negotiation. Thank you.

Yes, the post did end up reaching the buyer who don't want to be named under the NDA. I am also not legally allowed to disclose the domain name and the exact selling price under the NDA.

In the end I would like to thanks everyone who supported and helped me with the deal. If I can do it, anyone can.

Lessons learned:

1. DON'T LET NEGATIVE PEOPLE INFLUENCE YOU
2. Seek professional help in times of doubts
3. Don't let the opportunity go. If you don't avail it, somebody else would
4. Don't buy shit domains

Best of luck everyone

I am happy to answer questions.
