That's true. For the most part I keep investments separated by type and re-invest or cash out as needed within that type.

The first time I got an offer for $50k My head numbed for a while, and then he canceled the order I was like in silence mode in a week, so I wonder what happen if someone place $3 million for my domain, maybe heart attack as well.

I check to see if it isn't an appraisal scam.
It if is I, I go back to sleep.
If it is not, probably the heart attack...
