question So I registered an old handle but its for an old game.

My online handle name is cryptkiller with random numbers ahead of it, its actually rather immature name but its what ive used since child hood and would like to use it. i have it in dot com , however i just looked and found out that its actually an old game, i searched for trademark and its cancelled, is this an issue?
