I'm curious how many of us have registered an INC or LLC ..etc, got a tax ID number and do business under that name as a reseller ?

What about the pros and cons would be of going that route ?

Do what as a business? Domain things, web design, marketing, ect?

I've got a registered LLC for my marketing company...

Well, I was asking about being a reseller. I was under the impression that that word refers only to domaining. But yeah, if you have a company for other things besides domains I'd like to hear about it too. If there is a thread on this I'd like to read about it. Pros and cons are what I'd really like to hear about. Such as taxes from domain profits..etc.

We are one of few legally registered web hosting businesses that post on Namepros.

Actually many members are already operating a corporation and domaining is just an activity among others.

lol oh no we're doomed now. I want to get an LLC or Inc. just to be like haha I have one and you don't. Ok I strayed off topic. I would of figured there to be more legally registered ones on NamePros, guess I'm wrong though.
