People are moving to that. Companies are promoting.
Search results show advertisers too.
I'd say mid xxx name. An architect/engineering firm in this business who operates online may want to buy this to monetize.

Smarthome4sale - reg fee name. You may find some sales for 4sale search but they ain't popular. letters and numbers combination, specially with number in the middle is not a good combination. Hence!
