Site ready - 49% ownership on offer

I have built and developed the structure for a domain name auction site which can be seen at www.vii.co.in

There are numerous features which can't be listed here, but can be seen by having a look around the site.
I am VERY busy with other things and so I am looking to give away 49% of ownership and 50% of all income.

In exchange I want someone who can take it to the next level and decide what niche it should serve:

All domains?
Domains under/over certain value?
.EU domains?
Asian domain etc

WHERE ARE THE GAPS IN THE MARKET???

If you think you know and you would like to edit, run and manage this site and make a success of it offering domainers a new service let me know.

I will act as a silent partner only and you would have all creative decisions. I would be available to invest a little more money too if you convince me the site would benefit.
