Just asking for trouble......

Using the companies name in the domain and saying they have recently received funding is probably not the smartest move

Are you hoping they will buy that domain from you? they have pending TM's for APTOS Labs so it looks like they are happy with what they have in regards to their domain.....

This is not a niche, it is trying to capitalise on a specific company receiving funding - not really the way it works.....
