Sedo's reply to my ticket regarding .APP

If you are using the Sedo sales lander, this does count as the domain being parked and the 10% commission would apply as long as the domain is fixed price and the buyer purchases the domain directly through the Sedo marketplace.

this is my points of contention:

+50% of the world doesn't have access to hardware or the internet. Meaning onboarding users would require borrowing hardware and accessing the application from a browser.

There are millions of applications. People don't want to download apps; phones can't handle supporting 1000's of apps.

The future is progressive native webapps that can be accessed from the browser, on any device.

.app is the best positioned gTLD to represent this digital interface.
