They are extremely cheap, do you think the names are worthy ?

 

got the domain mixed up - it was not Mushroom Health .org......

it was Mushroom Medicine .org - which has a higher search volume

I respectfully disagree. Culturally they are referred to as shrooms/mushrooms.. tho in the pharma space where the money is the term is still frowned upon and they’re moving away from them. When I was in the process of developing ‘ShroomJobs’ I was in contact with the companies at the time - MindMed, Compass and a bunch of the small guys and they weren’t even keen on the use of ‘shroom’ as a job board they’d list on. I’m not saying the prevailing term will be ‘Psilo’, just that it makes more sense.. although I reckon ‘psychedelic’ will always be the top EMD. Just throwing out a few observations

How one start up brands their self doesn’t say much. Again, in your words, “small guys”.

Normal people or the masses will always refer to mushrooms as, well, mushrooms.

Not saying that ‘shroom’ isn’t used by every normal person, it’s just two sides of the same coin and depends on who you’d target as a buyer in my mind. Both keywords will probably do very well

However I & several others here are trying just to point out, that the majority of BIG PHARMA & DOCTORAL facilities related to the developing field Of Psilocybin and other Psychedelics for Medical therapeutic use of it to the PUBLIC in the PUBLIC EYE.

They "Big Pharma comps" ARE not selling "shrooms" or "mushrooms" or going to be!...They are going to be selling Medical products /DRUGS and Treatments "CONTAINING" Psilocybin and Psilocin FROM your "Shrooms".

Shrooms will always sell as well,,,,,,,"Shrooms" ...in a more recreational manor.

Shrooms are too stigmatized, just as is POT, YOU taught me that is why Canna, Hemp and CBD are the better names! They are not stigmatized in the way "pot" is. ( yes pot names still sell and some for good money, ik you've sold a few)..

His job board discussion is a perfect example. Compass Pathways is not a small company nore are some of the others...and NONE of them even use the word SHROOMS on their sites...because they are not selling shrooms!

I love shroom names, they will sell for sites that want to stay 100% SHROOMY. ( still perfectly great keyword, just going to be used differently)

Look Surely someone as wise as you Keith can understand, call it a "shroom' "Sub nichie" if that works better...Medical Grade Shroom "supplements" and treatment that can be sold to every yuppie that does not want to be called a hippie

Both references through out the article give credit to the "compounds " Psilocybin and Psilocin. Thats what the care about,that's their focus. Their Keywords in the pharma aspect is just not shrooms.

For snacks and treats and when they / IF they become 100% legal SURE online dispensaries and webiste Will 100% want and use :Shroom"

end of the day just saying there are teo different fields here with 2 different types of endusers...so none of us are wrong

I would grace delete the 2 “shrewd”names and get. Refund if you can.

The “psilocin fungi”one is not bad , it’s decent I would place a BIN of $999- $2495 and watch it and if no bites 2 months before renewal, lower to to $499 or use your best judgment.

 

If names are hand registered now then I’d expect to sit on them for at least one renewal, if you feel it’s worth it then go for it.. it’s a small price to pay for being ahead of the curve 👍🏻

I’d echo what @DomainBarracksRob has to say but I’ve seen weirder things in domain circles!

 

Regarding psilocin fungi, It was actually on 500$ for few weeks with no bites, I just lowered it to 300$ this morning.

So far I was reading in here about people who are using Godaddy, Namechap, Sav, Namesilo, Epik but like, is there an ideal domain site for selling domains ?

I believe typically people list their domains for sale on Afternic, GoDaddy auctions (optional due to afternic), Dan, Sedo and/or NameSilo or Epik Markets (if their domain is at that registrar).
