It's upto you... Do you think they could be future companies, startups using these names? If yes, please.......

Visa is dead (trademark). Hold the first domain and the last domain on that list, if you want. Value wise, they aren't incredibly strong. Take what you can you get, IMO

I wouldn't. In my view terms need to be much stronger in secondary extensions to have re-sale value.
