Hackers have stolen information from at least 45.7 million payment cards used by customers of US retailer TJX, which owns TJ Maxx, and UK outlet TKMaxx.

It has been going on for 5 years and they only recently found out. They can't even tell 100% what was stolen because of the way their system works.

Been hearing about this over the past couple of days. I've been trying to remember if i have ever done so...I only go in there maybe once or twice every few months as i don't exactly shop there but it's a possibility.

i heard that too, they think its the record in most card numbers even stole.
Pretty shocking for a brand as big as TKm, you would have thought they would have picked up on it earlyer.

Never shopped there but I usually use cards that have $0 fraud liability protection.
