Hello guys, I'm just a newbie, then I just come to domain field 2 month ago.

I have been building a research process based on feedback from this community and from experienced investors in the DNX group. I wanted to share my report and get honest feedback on where my analysis is wrong or could be improved.

A bit of context: I'm 14 years old and not actively buying yet, this is purely a research and learning exercise for now. Every week I go through the DNX Weekly Picks list and try to identify which domains are mispriced relative to what a real end-user business would actually pay.

The Framework I've Been Using (7 Steps)

Based on feedback I've received, I updated this week's process to include Crunchbase and OpenCorporates alongside LinkedIn.
  1. Initial filter .com only where possible, 2 words, no weak TLDs, no 3+ word compounds. Buyer pool size is NOT used as an elimination criterion here that comes later through DotDB
  2. DotDB check active TLD registrations for the root word. 10+ active sites = strong demand signal
  3. Active site check of those TLD registrations, which ones have actual built-out websites vs parked domains
  4. Google what businesses already use this name, what industry, what size
  5. LinkedIn + Crunchbase + OpenCorporates - funded startups and legally registered companies using the name
  6. NameBio comparable brandable end-user sales (not SEO/wholesale comps)
  7. Pricing gap Gap % = (End-User Estimate - Listed Price) / Listed Price x 100

This Week's List — 10 Domains from DNX Weekly Picks
  • Everywhere.net $4,999
  • BungeeJump.com $3,507
  • LifeHarmony.com $2,995 ·
  • had.ai $5,000 ·
  • MakingCash.com $4,600 ·
  • HelloFire.com $3,333 ·
  • Yump.com $4,184 ·
  • ZenithCore.com $2,900 ·
  • GoldBeach.com $3,507 ·
  • MedicalCenters.com $2,314
Initial Filter Results

Seven domains proceed to serious consideration: BungeeJump.com, LifeHarmony.com, HelloFire.com, Yump.com, ZenithCore.com, GoldBeach.com, MedicalCenters.com

One domain is interesting but TLD-limited: Everywhere.net. The root word has very strong DotDB demand, but .net makes the resale ceiling lower than the exact .com.

Two domains are borderline: had.ai and MakingCash.com. had.ai is short, but the DotDB number is noisy because "had" appears inside many unrelated words. MakingCash.com is aged, but the phrase feels more like affiliate/content marketing than a clean company brand.

Note on this step: In my Week 1 report I eliminated HolyTrinityChurch.com by assuming a narrow buyer pool. Someone here pointed out there are hundreds of churches with that name and churches have real budgets. That was a mistake - I've since updated the framework to never eliminate based on buyer pool assumptions before running DotDB.

DotDB Results

Everywhere.net - 186 exact registrations / 122 active exact sites / 10,050 total keyword matches - Very Strong, but .net-limited
BungeeJump.com - 21 exact registrations / 15 active exact sites / 169 total keyword matches - Strong
LifeHarmony.com - 34 exact registrations / 21 active exact sites / 183 total keyword matches - Strong
had.ai - 153 exact registrations / 112 active exact sites / 434,328 total keyword matches - Noisy / Caution
MakingCash.com - 14 exact registrations / 6 active exact sites / 53 total keyword matches - Caution
HelloFire.com - 13 exact registrations / 11 active exact sites / 48 total keyword matches - Strong
Yump.com - 29 exact registrations / 19 active exact sites / 1,319 total keyword matches - Strong
ZenithCore.com - 42 exact registrations / 34 active exact sites / 154 total keyword matches - Very Strong
GoldBeach.com - 24 exact registrations / 18 active exact sites / 320 total keyword matches - Strong
MedicalCenters.com - 15 exact registrations / 6 active exact sites / 831 total keyword matches - Caution on DotDB, but strong category

Buyer Research - Key Findings

  • The most interesting discovery this week was MedicalCenters.com listed at $2,314.
  • Even though the exact DotDB active count is only 6, this is a 1999 generic healthcare .com in a very high-value category. Many real healthcare groups use "Medical Centers" in their company names, and the domain could work as a directory, lead-gen property, or umbrella healthcare brand. My realistic end-user estimate is $8K-$25K. At $2,314 listed, the pricing gap is 246-980%.
  • For Yump.com at $4,184 - this looks like the strongest pure domain-quality play. It is a pronounceable 4-letter .com from 1999. DotDB shows 29 exact registrations and 19 active exact sites. There is also nearby brand demand from Yumpu, the digital publishing platform, but I mainly value this as a short pronounceable .com. Realistic end-user estimate $10K-$25K.
  • For ZenithCore.com at $2,900 - this surprised me because DotDB shows 42 exact registrations and 34 active exact sites, which is strong for a coined two-word tech brand. Public search shows multiple businesses around Zenith Core / ZenithCore in technology, software, cloud, and cybersecurity-style positioning. Realistic end-user estimate $5K-$15K.
  • For BungeeJump.com at $3,507 - this is a 1997 exact-match activity .com. The buyer pool is niche, but the commercial intent is very clear: adventure operators, booking platforms, travel directories, equipment companies, and safety/training brands. Realistic end-user estimate $8K-$20K.
  • For GoldBeach.com at $3,507 - this is a 1996 geo/travel .com. Gold Beach is a real Oregon coastal destination, and the official tourism site uses VisitGoldBeach.com. Potential buyers include tourism boards, hotels, resorts, real estate, local directories, and tour operators. Realistic end-user estimate $7K-$20K.
  • For LifeHarmony.com at $2,995 - DotDB shows 34 exact registrations and 21 active exact sites. The name fits wellness, coaching, therapy, relationships, and lifestyle brands. I found Life Harmony Energies using a longer domain, which looks like a possible upgrade-type buyer. Realistic end-user estimate $5K-$15K.
  • For HelloFire.com at $3,333 - DotDB shows 13 exact registrations and 11 active exact sites. Hello Fire Protection operates on hellofire.ca, which gives one clear upgrade target. The name could also fit fire inspection software, emergency response SaaS, alarm installers, or safety training brands. Realistic end-user estimate $5K-$12K.

Pricing Gap Summary
  • MedicalCenters.com $2,314 listed / $8K-$25K end-user estimate / Gap 246-980% - Strong Buy
  • Yump.com $4,184 listed / $10K-$25K estimate / Gap 139-498% - Strong Buy
  • BungeeJump.com $3,507 listed / $8K-$20K estimate / Gap 128-470% - Strong Buy
  • GoldBeach.com $3,507 listed / $7K-$20K estimate / Gap 100-470% - Strong Buy
  • ZenithCore.com $2,900 listed / $5K-$15K estimate / Gap 72-417% - Strong Buy
  • LifeHarmony.com $2,995 listed / $5K-$15K estimate / Gap 67-401% - Good Buy
  • HelloFire.com $3,333 listed / $5K-$12K estimate / Gap 50-260% - Good Buy
  • Everywhere.net $4,999 listed / $5K-$15K estimate / Gap 0-200% - Good but TLD-limited
  • had.ai $5,000 listed / $3K-$10K estimate / Gap -40-100% - Borderline / Skip
  • MakingCash.com $4,600 listed / $3K-$8K estimate / Gap -35-74% - Borderline

My current ranking:
1. MedicalCenters.com
2. Yump.com
3. ZenithCore.com
4. BungeeJump.com
5. GoldBeach.com
6. LifeHarmony.com
7. HelloFire.com
8. Everywhere.net
9. MakingCash.com
10. had.ai

Overall, the process is solid. I’d just slow down the “Strong Buy” label and add a final question: if I bought this today, how would the right buyer realistically find it?

Hi

the process is flawed.

but I do agree that the OP is not in a position of knowledge or experience to be recommending domains by labeling them as “strong buy”.
if, he/she was actually buying and selling some of these findings, it would be different… because they assumed the risk.
and, since this the beginners section, then anyone reading should be aware of whom they may be taking purchasing advice from.

as in, just because you can draw conclusions, doesn’t mean you see the big picture.

imo…
