To me its kinda catcy and is easy to remember if developed and promoted correctly could be pretty nice.BUT I also feel that there are alot of better ones out there still to reg.If you like it tho I think you should develop it,not so great for resale just yet tho in my opionion.

What people are tyring to tell you is this name doesn't have any value in the resale market.

Basically develope it yourself to give it some value, get your money back, or be prepared to wait a long time for someone to make an offer on this domain.
