Cool, and how are people going to access the website? If someone types that into their browser like you would do in a normal browser it won't resolve.
You need to have alternate DNS, have a different browser, have a browser extension, or whatever.
Either way these domains are not accessible to the average person and it creates massive friction in the process.
This is certainly going to be an extension in the ICANN used DNS one day. ICANN is not going to care about this on some alternate root. Anyone can set up something like this, and it has been done in the past. When the new extensions rolled out they just steamrolled existing alternate extensions like new.net, and delegated them anyway.

Unstoppable domains better show up at the .crypto auction when it happens with deep pockets, as the actual extension in the normal DNS root will have heavy competition.
