This domain Service.xyz sold for $355 in ebay previous days ago.

Is this price fair for this one word .XYZ domains ? What do you think ?

How many domains does she have with premium renewals?
From her comments in the past, I don't think very many, if any.

Holding costs are really a factor when it comes to domain investment, and premium fees just make it that much harder.

she has 20k names about. selling for 6fig per month...often per.week I read.. she laugh it to the bank from looks of it. but she got all sellable xyz on planet... so really that train gone... people look her and get excited they can sell their few crap xyz... they have no clue what it means for 1.person to own 20k 1word most sellable names.

Why can't the .xyz Registry lower the Renewal fees for the Premium names? The move certainly boost the price of these Premium names in the marketplace and there will be more liquidity.
