I have no idea what you mean by "lower" price. Do you mean lower BIN? The current bid is $3,000 so you need to bid higher than that.

As far as I'm concerned there is no US laws that are going to change what is already present (aka CC companies in USA can't support gambling sites). Well they don't already, 90% of the gambling industry uses Neteller that's a no brainer.

As for the PM I'm still setting up the screenshots.
